Global Power & Influence Index · party positions · provisional
Every measure below is built from national election manifestos — 365 documents across 22 countries — and aggregated to the party system by seats held. Hover any point for the country, the election, and how much of that parliament the reading rests on.
These three keep two poles apart rather than netting them into one score, because the combinations matter: a party system can be warm towards clean energy and warm towards fossil fuels at the same time — the “all of the above” position — which a single axis would erase. Larger dots rest on more of the parliament; hollow dots have an error bar of exactly zero, meaning the evidence was too thin to vary.
Each row is one measure across every country-election, drawn against its own declared scale so the spread is comparable. A row whose dots huddle in one corner is not separating countries from one another, whatever range it claims.
